OUTSTANDING
I cannot recommend Hammonds more strongly. The customer service has been superb from beginning to end. Their furniture is very high quality. I would particularly like to praise the furniture fitter Bogdan Juri. He was totally professional and worked so hard.he’s a fantastic ambassador for Hammonds. If I had one gripe its that the 10 week lead time is a long wait.

The fitter was brilliant, very personable and professional and helpful. The standard of work was top quality. The surveyors had an unprofessional approach to the customer, and did not instill confidence.

Professionals on the job
Two rooms to be fitted. Took a week. Both fitters were craftsmen, professional courteous clean and tidy. this building is a few hundred years old and walls and floors are not level. Everything was adapted accordingly without fuss. Floor coverings were put down upon entry through the house where needed. I trusted them implicitly and would without doubt use Hammonds team again for fitted furniture.

Easy process
Easy process, great result fitters brilliant. All in all a great experience. Only reason for not 5 stars is the Hammonds app for managing the process. This needs just a bit of work.
