Robert Arif delivered an excellent service from start to finish. He quietly got on with the job in a very professional manner, which we really appreciated — no fuss, just high-quality work. He was also incredibly tidy and respectful of our space, even taking the time to hoover the patio before leaving, which didn’t go unnoticed. What really stood out was his attention to detail and proactive approach. He identified what could have become a major issue in the original plans and took the time to check with us before making any changes. That level of care and communication made a big difference and gave us real confidence in his work. He was flexible, easy to deal with, and clearly takes pride in what he does. Sam was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. What really stood out was his ability to problem-solve on the spot. Whenever something unexpected came up, he handled it quickly and efficiently without making it feel like a big issue. That kind of reliability makes a huge difference. On top of that, Sam was genuinely friendly and easy to have around, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable. He even took the time to offer some great decorating ideas, which was a really nice added touch and showed he genuinely cares about the end result.

From start to finish, I was listened to, my room was planned to how I wanted it, different designs were shown and discussed until we got it right. Professional, polite, friendly and efficient staff and service. The fitter, Richard was friendly, caring and precise. He has done an excellent job fitting the wardrobes in a difficult room. All in all, fantastic, I love my new wardrobes, and I am looking forward to having the next room done.
