Keeping you and our associates safeAll our in-home associates have been fully trained as part of our 'keeping our customers safe' programme to ensure everyone's safety.
At Hammonds, our main priority is the safety of our customers and our people. We have put in place the below safety measures to make our visits to your home, a safe one:
- We will wear PPE at all times during our visit
- Adhere to the 2m social distancing rule
- Regularly wash and sanitise hands
- Try and limit (where possible) the length of time we are in your home
In order to improve the service to our customers, if you need to get in contact with us about anything regarding your order, design appointment or just a general question, please log onto your MyAccount and fill out the form within the contact us section and a member of our customer service team will contact you as quickly as possible.

Good product and fitting
I ordered from Hammonds. Great product. We had Zoltan Szabo fit the cabinets in our living room. He did a great job with attention to details. We are very happy with the result.

Hammonds have fitted wardrobes in 2 bedrooms this week. Excellent communication and service from the original design, to making the order to installation. The designer was knowledgeable, helpful and very responsive. The fitter was very hard working, helpful didn't stop all day and very pleased with the result.

Such a lovely friendly and talented…
Such a lovely friendly and talented designer. Tracy took on board our many, somewhat difficult, requirements and came up with a design we loved. She followed the visit up, making sure she had covered our needs and tweaked the design to incorporate the additional features we felt we’d like. I feel Tracy gave 110% to us. It was such a pleasure meeting her.

Very happy with the service provided by Hammond. Debbie the designer was very helpful and provided lots of ideas. The survey was carried out 2 days later and we are now looking forward to booking the fitting.
