Very impressed
Had wardrobes in two bedrooms and dressing room fitted. The ordering process was easy, and initial meeting and survey went very well, I felt my needs were taken into account when designing wardrobes. The online account was excellent, easy to use offering all the information needed. Making payments was also easy. The text messages updating me through out were very useful. In particular the fitter was very professional and helpful. He worked very hard and did a lovely job. He kept me updated with his progress and asked me to check work at stages to ensure I was pleased. He was very tidy and left the house very clean. The quality of the materials used is very good, and wardrobes feel substantial and very sturdy. They look great too. Overall I have been very impressed with Hammonds.

Our final Hammonds installation is now complete, this time in our master bedroom, and once again we’re really pleased with the result. Another great job by Simon, the wardrobes look fantastic and have completely transformed the room.

Very efficient service throughout and very good quality finish. The fitter was exceptional and kept me informed along the way. He was friendly, polite and helpful. The finish is slightly different from what I had expected. I would recommend trying to see the overall picture, particularly with the wood effect furniture.

We’re really happy with the whole…
We’re really happy with the whole process from start to finish. The designer was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed assistance. The surveyor could have provided a little better service, particularly as we were given some misinformation, but this was outweighed by the rest of the experience. The carpenter was punctual, friendly, clean and professional, and built our wardrobes to a very high standard. Overall, we’re delighted with our new wardrobes and very happy with the service we received.
