I can’t recommend my Hammonds designer Daniele highly enough. From the very first appointment, he went above and beyond to make the entire experience feel personal, enjoyable and completely tailored to me. He took the time to really listen to what I wanted, understood my lifestyle and preferences, and came up with thoughtful ideas that I wouldn’t have considered myself. Nothing ever felt rushed, and I genuinely felt that he cared about creating the best possible design rather than simply making a sale. His professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge were outstanding, but what really set him apart was how invested he was in making sure I was happy every step of the way. He was patient, approachable and always willing to answer my questions, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and stress-free. Design visit
We had a really good design with Phil and were able to look at all the quality finishes for the wardrobes at home. Phil generated a lovely design for us to see and we were really pleased with the result. Now we are looking forward to installation !

customer care at its very best . . .
On 19th June, we had a visit from a Hammond's Technician. He had identified a problem with some drawer runners on an earlier visit. His cheerful, friendly demeanour inspired confidence. In addition to replacing the runners, he checked all the other doors and a drawer, just to make sure we were happy with our brilliant, under stair unit. It was very heartening to be told that should there be any further issues with the unit, it would be himself who would be tasked with the job. This was a shining example of customer care at its very best. In conclusion, the technician was very smartly turned out in his work clothes, complete with ID tag.

Perfect fit for my office
Hammonds came out to fit wardrobes into my office recently and the fitter, Tom, did such a good job my brother thought they had always been there!
