Professiona and efficient staff start to end
Professional staff from showroom to installer. All first class! . All minor changes were dealt with very efficiently. Installer Gavin was a really very nice person to deal with. He involved us at every stage of installation to ensure that there were virtually no small corrections to make. Excellent installation and a credit to your company.

Perfect customer service !
We bought Hammond wardrobes for three bedrooms 10 years ago. We have been delighted with the original design and the fit and finish. There little sign of wear, rock solid materials quality fitting. And it’s British made, with 10 year warranty. 9 ¾ years in and one door finish started to delaminate. The fitter came out and replaced it and notice all the doors and drawer fronts had the same problem. One month later all had been ordered and replaced with the same level of care that Hammonds took when they fitted it originally. Sometimes things go wrong. That’s just life, but how they are handled to fix is the thing that makes the difference between buying again and recommending the company to family and friends or not. Simply the best experience of any company I have purchased from. Top top top recommendation. A professional and ethical British Company. Well done to the team in the factory, customer service, and retro fit guys.
