Outstanding fitter Bart and a wardrobe that's exactly what we imagined
I'll be honest — I was initially a bit sceptical value-wise. But we're delighted with our new wardrobe, it's exactly as we imagined it, and the three-stage process Hammonds run really made the difference. First the designer helped us shape the overall concept. Then a second visit from a technical surveyor for more precise checks was genuinely valuable — he refined the design and made a few really clever tweaks to the sliding mirror door sizes and the internal layout, which made the final result feel properly tailored rather than off-the-shelf. Then came the fitting, and our fitter Bart was the standout. Diligent, careful, and clearly took real pride in his workmanship — the kind of attention to detail you rarely see. When we had a very minor issue with the soft close, he drove back from a job in Whitstable after his working day had already finished, well out of his way, just to show me a small adjustment. He could easily have left it for another visit, but he wanted us to be happy with the finish. That sort of care is genuinely rare. He was also tidy throughout, cleared up properly each day, and was easy to have in the house. The whole process from design to fit was smooth, and the end result speaks for itself — well worth it in the end. Highly recommended

Quick and efficient
I got my new wardrobe fitted yesterday, 14th May 2026. The whole process was well organised, all the way from the initial consultation, to the surveyor visit and finally delivery and installation. My unit is only a day old so I cannot comment on the quality yet but it looks good and i like it.
