Excellent quality.
I left writing my review for a while, to allow the product time to see how it performs. Overall, extremely pleased. This is not the cheapest understairs solution on the market, but it is of good quality and was fitted in a single day. There are plenty of options to choose from. The finished product remains an excellent addition to our Edwardian house, some 10 months after fitting.

Really good experience with Hammonds
Really good experience so far with our visit to the shop at Monks Cross, York. Where the sales person was so nice and very helpful (feel he is wasted just sat in there, so pasionate about the products)and really knew his stuff. Then we had the designer visit at home to help choose the best options for our space and needs/ choice of styles/colours. Now awaiting our surveyor visit next, to approve the go ahead. (Very thorough).

A good experience from start to finish
A good experience from the design stage at the beginning to the final fitting. I cannot fault it! The designer took time to show me all the options and gave good advice on styles and colours. I liked the options to change my mind about colours and styles before the final stage. The surveyor double checked the measurements and suggested a few alterations. Finally today the fitter came today to install the wardrobes. I am delighted with the quality of the wardrobes and standard of service provided. Steve was respectful of my home and demonstrated a high standard of workmanship. He was happy to explain each stage of the process and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of the day.

Hammonds installation
Hammonds we're very patient, as I had to get work done before the installation could happen, and it took longer than expected. They kept in touch with me without hassling. Joel (the fitter) did a great job installing the wardrobes, with little mess or disruption, and followed up quickly on replacement items (due for fitting in a week's time).

We had a design visit from Anya…
We had a design visit from Anya a couple of weeks ago. She was an incredibly competent designer and ever so compassionate to our situation. My wife has Alzheimers and Anya was so very patient with her and explaining things very clearly so my wife could understand. She was wonderful with our autistic son too. Sitting down on the floor with him, so he felt calm and allowed him to look through and feel all of the handles, door samples and fabrics. Due to our situation it is difficult to get to the showroom so she went down to the showroom, took loads of videos and photos for us and went out of her way to come back and walk through it all with us. She kindly came back 3 times in total just for our son to be able to adjust to the new furniture we have ordered so he could get a feel for the wardrobes that are going in. It was a truly wonderful experience and we highly recommend this service. She really does deserve some recognition! Thank you!
