The whole process of ordering our wardrobes was fantastic. The design visit was extremely informative, the measuring done perfectly and the fitter was brilliant. The wardrobes look fantastic and exactly like the mock up shown to us in the design visit. We love them.

Beautiful Fitted Bedroom

We contacted Hammonds for a quote for a new fitted bedroom. We have been very pleased with the company, from the initial home visit, quotation, survey, communication and fitting. We had a slight issue when we were asked to move our fitting date, which wasn't convenient, but it was sorted out quickly. Our fitter Sean was professional and hard working. He stayed late on the second day to finish the job. We are delighted with our new bedroom and would definitely recommend Hammonds to anyone

Love my new shelves

Love my new shelves - look absolutely gorgeous. The fitter is very experienced as there was a few complications with the install but he was able to resolve and complete within the day. Extremely hard working, didn’t stop from morning till 6pm! Made sure before he finish for the day, he would wipe and polish the shelves, and clean up the whole place. Very happy with the shelves.

Very friendly, good quality, very happy customer

Friendly staff from showroom to fitting, as a woman on her own I felt comfortable when the designer, surveyor and fitter were in my house. Shoes were either taken off or shoe protectors were used until carpets covered whilst fitting took place. Charlie was my fitter and he even thought about closing the bedroom doors as I was on work calls just as he was about to be noisy such a thoughtful touch Very happy with my wardrobes, they are good quality fitted well and has literally doubled my space I no longer have to swap clothes out for the seasons as everything is in the wardrobes and with space to spare

Very happy with our new wardrobe & units

The online brochure is good and it gives a true reflection of the ranges on offer. We shortlisted 2 ranges we were interested in from here but decided we wanted to visit the Camberley store to see them for real and to check the colours on actual samples. The lady at the store was very helpful and we booked a design visit there and then. The design visit was within a couple of days and was booked with Donnae. She spent a lot of time with us, measuring our room and going through our requirements. She offered us some good advice. I do think that Hammonds should make it clear in the brochure that the installation isn’t totally bespoke but made up from standard sized units. Our survey was conducted 2 1/2 weeks later and this was carried out efficiently. We asked both at the showroom and at the design visit the lead time between ordering and installation but both were reticent about giving a timescale. This was probably because we had to wait 13 weeks for installation. Hammonds could do with improving this. However we were highly pleased with our fitter Bogdan. He was polite, very respectful of our home and an extremely good carpenter. He has made a wonderful job fitting the wardrobe around a large and ornate coving.

New fitted beautiful wardrobe

New fitted wardrobe - fitter was nice & polite, arrived got on with job & fitted a beautiful, sturdy & well made wardrobe, while clearing up after himself. Checked with me the measurements I required of rails & handles. I was expecting the internal & external parts to be wiped cleaner than it was but that is my only slightly negative point.
