Maximising space in a period property

What was the space like before you had the transformation? How did it make you feel? 

I live in a period Edwardian terrace, meaning I have a lot of uneven surfaces and quirky corners. The space felt unfinished, as I was lacking storage. Having the alcove space on either side of the chimney breast, I felt I could utilise this by adding useful wardrobe space. I felt like it transformed the room, and the finish/style I chose on the wardrobes really compliments the period features in my home. I was over the moon to finally be able to hang up my dresses!

How do you feel about the space now? 

I love the space now! Not only do I have a great storage solution, it also adds character to the space. I get a lot of compliments on how great they look, especially on the colour!
