However, all data processors acting on our behalf only process your data in accordance with the documented instructions from us and must comply with this privacy notice, all data protection laws including UK GDPR and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures including Data Processing Agreements.

Consequences of Not Providing Your Data
You are not obligated to provide your personal data to us, however, if this information is required for us to perform any contract with you, we will not be able to perform the contract without it.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We only retain personal data for as long as is necessary and we have strict review and retention policies in place to meet these obligations. We will retain your personal data for 10 years where you have the benefit of our 10-year guarantee*. Where you are receiving direct marketing material, we will always provide you with an opt out function, allowing you to be quickly removed from the mailing list. Where you have entered a competition, we will also use your details for direct marketing purposes until you opt out or advise otherwise.
