We had a fantastic experience with Hammonds Furniture from start to finish. Tracy, our sales consultant, was excellent—knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. She guided us through the options, ensuring we chose the perfect design and product for our home. The communication throughout the process was excellent, keeping us informed every step of the way. The fitting was carried out by Joshua, who was absolutely outstanding. He worked tirelessly over two days to complete the installation, demonstrating incredible dedication and professionalism. He explained everything as he went along, ensuring we understood the process. His attention to detail was exceptional, and he wouldn’t leave until the job was done to the highest standard. The follow-up service was also excellent, reinforcing the high-quality experience we had with Hammonds. We are thrilled with our furniture and wouldn’t hesitate to use Hammonds again. Highly recommended—especially Joshua for his impeccable fitting work.

Impressed with our Hammonds Croft…
Impressed with our Hammonds Croft fitted wardrobes. Initial home visit was completed by Aidan, who listened to what we were after and produced the perfect design. Aidan answered all our questions post visit and was really helpful in amending the quote/ design slightly. Wait time between ordering and fitting was about 2 months. The wardrobes themselves were fitted by Mike Watson, who’s a credit to Hammonds. The space that the wardrobes are fitted, is a complex area under a beam with un-even walls etc. Mike was meticulous, fitted the wardrobes perfectly and takes pride in his work. Thanks Mike. In terms of quality, I’m impressed with the Croft doors, and glad we ordered the painted range rather than laminated. The main thing Hammonds should look to improve is flexibility in its range. We have a deep space, and ideally wanted deep drawers to maximise the space. Unfortunately Hammonds drawers are ‘off the shelf’ and have a standard depth - which isn’t particularly deep. We were aware of this before ordering.

Hammonds did a very professional job from the design consultation, the measuring and pre-fit assessment and the fitting. All the Hammonds team were friendly, helpful and did a great job. I would highly recommend Hammonds

Highly Recommend furniture
Lewis was professional ,friendly and completed an excellent fitting of our wardrobes. Nothing was too much trouble and made sure I was satisfied before he left. The wardrobes are of good quality and look so attractive. Would highly recommend Hammonds.
