New build wardrobes
The fitter & surveyors were all professional & helpful at every turn. We had some wardrobes fitted by Hammond's for our new build prior to moving in & were so impressed with the quality that we purchased a further wardrobe for another part of the bedroom. There was 1 door fitted upside down but this was rectified easily & the quality & while experience has been fantastic. Really impressed & would recommend to anyone. The online account, appointment system and all ways of managing the process was seamless, they offered finance options & were flexible when we changed our payment method mid way through the process. Very impressed.

Expertly fitted wardrobes
The whole process of choosing colours and styles was made easier for us by visiting the showroom in Newcastle upon Tyne (luckily we were visiting family there). Great customer service and communication by email. The fitters were on time and skilled in their work, tidying up and taking away all off cuts and packaging. Very happy with the fitted wardrobes in both rooms. Prices were very acceptable.

Fitting of Media Wall
Media fitting day arrived and so did our fitter Steve, day before arrival Steve made contact with us giving useful information and his arrival time on the day of fitting. Steve spent time making sure the area to be worked in was covered carpets, furniture & other items with dust sheets. A two day job was complete professionally with no fuss our new media wall is a fantastic and a brilliant addition to our home completed to the highest standard of workmanship. We would highly recommend Steve & Hammonds.

The rep was knowledgable and considerate
The rep was knowledgable, not only about the products, but how it would fit into the available space. Took into consideration our preferences and was not too pushy. Did not feel pressurised, but welcomed his suggestions and advice.

Excellent company
I really like the professional way Hammonds work. From start to finish all your needs are taken into account. The customer service team are very good and answer any queries you may have. Mark the fitter was excellent. He worked very hard and finished before the allotted time scale. Considering he didn't have a large space to work in he kept everything clean and tidy. His workmanship is spot on. Very pleased with our new wardrobes.
