Very pleased with my Hammonds wardrobes

I'm very pleased with my Hammonds wardrobes. They have all been very professional & helpful - from the designer Mac, the surveyor and the wardrobe fitter Indy. Indy's attention to detail was next to none. He was super helpful and worked hard to deliver a quality finish - so grateful. I'm happy I chose Hammonds & would recommend.

Great service from day 1 of email to ask for quote, through to surveyor fixing a few design issues and aligning the doors to match our other Hammond products, fitter Roy he was quick/professional/clean/polite and provided an excellent end product that we can’t fault - thank you

Ups and downs.

The measuring and design went well and the fitter was superb, unfortunately one wardrobe door has to be replaced as the mirror was broken as were 2 shelves. I am delighted with the result so far but my husband is unhappy as we were assured that there would be lots of notches for shelf spacing and there are only 5 fixed places.

Great work

My appointment was postponed twice at short notice but Hammonds reputation has been saved as far as I am concerned by an outstanding job today. The quality of the build and the excellent work by the fitter cannot be bettered. I only wish this fitter was available for my 2 further jobs with Hammonds.

Understair storage

Hammonds and team have been amazing! Really reasonably priced, quoted far cheaper than some quotes we received from smaller businesses. But everything has been completed to such high standards and looks amazing.

Excellent design and fit for a tricky space

We are really pleased with the finished product. We had great service for design and survey and our fitter Sam was exceptional. Our wardrobes and dressing room are a tricky space to work with and we are delighted with the finish. The customer service team had a “fail” on our job by not communicating a delay to the fit but this doesn’t reflect the norm or the finished product.

Installation..,, great job Marcus

The installation is the most critical part of the job … I was very fortunate to have Marcus Graham who was super professional and attention to detail excellent. He was courteous and kept dust to a minimum. I would recommend asking for Marcus. Great job Marcus !

Hammonds bedroom sliding door wardrobe

The end result was excellent and exceeded my expectations. The fitter Jerry was superb I could not fault however the process getting to this point was painful. Getting on for a five month wait (originally quoted 10-12 weeks from the showroom. Numerous cancelled or altered dates along the way. The product is good and as i say the carpenter excellent but the administration between order and receipt of goods leaves a lot to be desired.
