Excellent Installation but.....
Well designed by friendly designer and design validated by surveyor who was thorough and gave us confidence. Installer was brilliant and a pleasure to have in the house but Hammonds have an issue with their estimated completion times. Our bedroom was a complete refit and estimated at 2.8 days which was never going to be realistic. Our fitter worked non-stop for 3 long days (until 20:00) and had to come back on day 4 which delayed our carpet refit and the start of his next job. That is the only negative. Product quality, design process and, above all, the installation were superb as a result of attention to detail, work rate, craftsmanship and friendly disposition. However, Hammonds need to address their estimating algorithms as an unrealistic estimate does not help a customer to plan.

Very professional with great attention to detail
We have found all Hammonds staff to be extremely professional, from James who initially met with us, to the surveyor and now with our fitter Edgar. This was a big job and Edgar has taken so much care in ensuring the wardrobes are carefully fitted with great attention to detail.

So not my first time using Hammonds. I like the wardrobes, I've bought from other companies and nothing quite compares to Hammond wardrobes. The quality and finish truly are superior. What made this wardrobe worth reviewing? Our designer was superb and came up with clever solutions to our issues (uneven sized walls, narrow walkways and my large wishlist). Darren the installer - clean, professional, phenomenal at his job. Not our first time seeing Darren but I always trust his workmanship. pay them both more!!!! Love my wardobes. #7 being installed tomorrow

New office
I am super happy with my new office! The quality and fitting is of a very high standard and just what I wanted. Steve has done a great job! He was very professional, kept me informed about what he was doing, and asked me if I had any preferences on any small changes. Very pleased with his work!

Our fitter was excellent
Our fitter was excellent. He was caring of us and appreciated the preparations we had made for him. The workmanship was excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending him. We would be very pleased if he was allocated our second job which is being fitted on Monday 9th December.

I have new fitted wardrobes
I have new fitted wardrobes. From the initial drawings and plans to the finished product I can’t fault the service and workmanship. All the people I have met and spoken to have been very professional. The communication with Hammonds has been excellent they have kept me informed at all times.
