Hammonds Heaven
We are over the moon with our new fitted bedroom furniture. Everything has gone as planned from surveys to fitting. Our fitter Dan was excellent. Were sent the wrong drawer fronts for bedside tables, but he has already arranged for the correct ones and a fitting date. Very pleased with the whole experience.

Everything has been perfect
Everything has been perfect! The ordering process, the surveying and the fitting. I don’t have enough good things to say about our excellent fitter Rich. Kept us briefed on arrival times, worked hard and without any fuss, hardly noticed him in the house. Suggested small improvements to original design to further enhance the result and we are delighted with the finish. First class service and product that I would highly recommend!

Excellent service from the start.Georgina the designer was so helpful got our vision perfect on paper went through everything we with us.didnt wait long to have wardrobes built.the guy who built the wardrobes Harvey was brilliant at his job got everything perfect kept going all day.left everything all clean and tidy

Bookcase Library
Lee was fantastic at building our bookcase library and took time for all the small details. Can’t fault him at all. Only criticism I have and ( it’s not about Lee) is the central shelf brackets are big and bulky and do not give any aesthetic to the bookcase. Maybe Hammonds can design a nicer bracket Unfortunately the customer service is not great and would only get a zero star as it has been difficult to get hold of and no one wants to get back to you either. But thank you Lee

Excellent experience
The whole experience dealing with Hammonds was excellent. The staff at the Southampton showroom were lovely, allowing us to spend time wandering around the showroom and showing us their extensive range. They helped us choose what we wanted and there was absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the purchase. The survey and measuring up process was free and again no pressure to proceed. The whole process was extremely efficient. They kept us fully up to date throughout and were courteous on the phone. The fitter was excellent, he arrived on time, nothing was too much trouble, very tidy and worked incredibly hard to install our new furniture which we are delighted with. Thank you Hammonds.
