There is a good choice of wardrobes
There is a good choice of wardrobes. Our designer was very helpful and thorough. The survey was followed up quickly. Again very good rapport with the surveyor who was helpful and very thorough. The wardrobes are to be fitted in 4 weeks time.

The rep Mark , was very professional and knowledgeable. All aspects were explained, and a thorough construction plan put in place. The materials were of excellent quality.

In store experience very good
In store experience very good. Designer and architect fantastic. Fitter brilliant, friendly and very approachable (Lewis). The only issue we experienced was the fitting date. Ours was changed 4 times and all we got was sorry. No compensation offered despite having changed some medical appointments around and swapped working days and rest days.

Great worker and great work!!
Gheorghe arrived early( always a bonus in my book) and worked steadily throughout the day. He was tidy and did a fantastic job. I would certainly ask if he could do any other work we had done. Even more praiseworthy considering how far he had to travel to get here. Thanks so much Gheorghe- you’re a star!!!

My whole Hammond experience was great…
My whole Hammond experience was great due to our lovely designer, Mark. He really made sure that we were happy with each of the steps. He had an extremely good knowledge of all the products and worked efficiently to get us a quote quickly to our satisfaction. Thank you Mark, we hope to be back in the future.

Good company and attention
I stumbled upon Hammonds' website while researching custom furniture. I scheduled a visit and received excellent service from Andrew, who was very attentive. Ordering the furniture was also easy through the website, and contacting other staff about delivery times was also very straightforward. It seems like a good company; I hope the quality of the furniture is also up to par.
