A 5 Star Performance
I was apprehensive initially after reading some of the bad reviews but I am so glad we went a head with the purchase and build. The builder went above and beyond giving a 5 star performance to an exceptional professional standard working quickly and methodically. An extremely satisfied customer
Alex, Hammonds fitter, was outstanding. Very polite, friendly and respectful. Throughout the stages and process he was thoughtful and considerate taking time to show us and ask if we were happy with all aspects of the fit, down to where we wanted the handles on the doors. We asked for a few adjustments to the interior of the wardrobe which he was happy to do and checked with us once the adjustment was completed to ensure we were happy. The finish is outstanding and perfect. Alex arrived on time and before leaving he cleaned up leaving the room clean and tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hammonds for the quality of their products. And in particular Alex for the excellent service he gave, his professionalism and quality of his work. Thank you Alex.

Hammonds offered a flexible solution…
Hammonds offered a flexible solution for maximising space in a small home office. The price was competitive and whilst the one unit supplied was too wide, the fitter on our job was exceptional.

We visited the showroom in Crawley…
We visited the showroom in Crawley where we were able to see the potential product we would be purchasing. It took a couple of months for us to confirm what we wanted and a few more months before they could fit but that suited us as we were restructuring the room. The Salesman was pleasant and helped us understand what could be achieved, the person who came to measure was also extremely good and knowledgeable, offering further insight and help which allowed us to make slight amendments (on colour/ design). On the day of fitting the superb Attila completed the excellent experience. He was with us a day and a half and completed the installation with no issues, providing us with a fantastic looking set of fitted furniture to our new lounge. He was clean, friendly and and very much an expert at what he did. We did experience one issue with some of the wrong handles being provided but Hammonds sent out new ones straight away ( could have had the fitter come as well but was happy to fit myself)

My new media wall looks amazing
I am over the moon with my new media wall! My fitter, Steve did an excellent job and although he had never fitted a fire into Hammonds units before, it looks amazing. He was punctual, worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Well done Steve and Hammonds.

A non-pressure design meeting
I found the whole experience with Hammonds very good. The design visit was an enjoyable event, no pressure, and he took time to listen to my thoughts. The suggestions were a definite improvement on my original ideas. 😊 I liked the product and the price was competitive, even better with the January discounts they were offering of course. Hammonds was my second choice to a local carpenter company in the end.
