My new bedroom

Nice job
From the beginning with the designer visit it was great, unfortunately the fitting date got changed twice and we had to adjust work etc and push back carpet fitting etc, without this inconvenience it would have been 5 stars. The actual installation was great the fitter was very methodical with his work, great attention to detail and very tidy. Top work by the fitter.

Good fitters, but…
The fitters we had (Roy and Richard) were excellent. We couldn’t have asked for better. However, the overall experience was marred by Hammonds missing its own delivery dates twice (despite having paid 90% of the bill) and then learning that the handles we’d chosen for the dining room didn’t fit. We were promised a quick turnaround on a second set on Monday and so far we still do not have them. We have spoken with several people in customer services. In short: Fitters - 5 stars; Furniture - 4 stars; Logistics - 1 star.

Professional and excellent quality
Delighted with our fitted wardrobes they have transformed the room and the quality is excellent . We were guided through the design process carefully and the fitting and installation was very straightforward for us. James was very professional and friendly leaving the room clean and tidy afterwards. We were very impressed with the quality, design and installation of our wardrobes.
