Role Overview:

With your burning desire to lead people and embrace of our “One Team” culture you will do more than just manage a showroom, you will build meaningful, genuine, and trusted rapport with our customers and you will lead our showroom team members to success, whilst creating passion and energy within the team to achieve our showroom goal; to deliver award winning customer service experience.
How you will succeed:
Showroom management requires the type of individual that can embrace the challenges and rewards of working within a retail environment and you will need to have the burning desire to succeed against our KPI’s and customer engagement targets but with an in-depth induction programme, training and development and excellent coaching and guidance from your Regional Manager, you will be supported all the way.
In order to provide the very best service to our customers we’d love to meet Showroom Managers, who appreciate that our customers are central to everything we do, who are able to lead by integrity and commitment and are prepared to get actively involved in the achievement of excellent customer service – if this sounds like you, then you may be the Showroom Manager we are looking for.
What it takes:
As a Hammonds Showroom Manager, you will be creative, have excellent communication skills, great team leadership and the ability to identify opportunities to help inspire our customers to bring their storage space solutions to life
