As a Sales Designer, your expertise in style, storage and space will help bring each customer's vision to life, delivering high-quality fitted interiors that enhance everyday living and unlock the full potential of every home.
As an approved Sales Designer partner, you'll enjoy the benefits of self-employment and managing your own diary, without the uncertainty of finding your own opportunities. We provide a steady slow of customer enquiries in the areas you choose to work, allowing you to focus on what you do best- designing and delivering inspiring interiors in order to help our customers live better.
Overview:
- Designing and selling Hammonds fitted bedrooms, office spaces, understairs, dressing rooms and lounge furniture in our customer's homes.
- You will create a 3D render using the latest CAD software to help the customer visualise their new space
- Supported by: The Divisional Sales Manager and our CRM system, this allows you to focus on the design and sales process.
- On-going Support: Sales and design mentoring to assist your earning potential.
- Weekly Payments: Payments processed and paid to you weekly in arrears.
- All-inclusive product training: Hybrid training course, inclusive of factory tours, design centre tour, HQ classroom learning and virtual meetings. (Where an overnight stay is required, we will arrange your hotel accommodation and cover the cost of your stay, including your evening meal, breakfast and lunch)
- Flexible Work: Be your own boss while enjoying full support from Hammonds.
- Reasonable earning potential of between £50,000-£70,000 per annum of a self-employed basis- availability dependent*
What it takes to be a Trusted Partner:
- Strong communication skills
- IT skills / knowledge
- Public Liability Insurance- £2 million in value
- Laptop- must be Windows Laptop
- Mobile Phone- smart phone
- Tape Measure
- A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
- Valid DBS certificate issued within the last 3 years (check must be completed prior to attending the Product Awareness academy)
- To ensure our customers receive the best service, you will take pride in your work.
We can provide you with:
- Up to 7 days per week
- Appointments between 10am-9pm
- Weekends, Evenings & Bank Holidays are available
