Location: Nutts Lane Factory Office, LE10 3QQ
Salary: £23,341
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM

Role overview:
Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking to take your administrative career to the next level? We are looking for a Production Administrator to support our dynamic Production Management team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and efficiency within our manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•    T & A System Administration: Maintain training records, upload documents, and provide weekly reports on employee performance evaluations.
•    Recruitment & Leavers Administration: Conduct induction for new starters, arrange interviews, and manage assessment centre activities.
•    General Administration:
o    Welcome visitors to the production department.
o    Call in parts from suppliers and handle scrap administration.
o    Prepare production reports and meeting notes.
o    Manage production metrics, 5S administration, and TAKT time reporting.

How You Will Succeed:
•    Previous experience in an administrative role.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
•    Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
•    Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
