Role Overview
Weβre looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as Marketing Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role requires someone with a keen eye for detail who thrives in a collaborative environment. Energy, passion, and personality are a must, as you will be the driving force behind delivering impactful marketing campaigns and brand strategies.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing multi-channel campaigns, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to drive engagement, brand awareness, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Planning & Execution
β’ Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative, high-impact marketing campaigns for each promotional period.
β’ Manage the production and sourcing of campaign materials, ensuring they are on-brand and delivered on time.
β’ Clearly communicate marketing initiatives across the business, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Digital & Email Marketing
β’ Act as the first point of contact for the digital agency, ensuring performance targets are met.
β’ Support the development and optimisation of the company website to drive conversions.
β’ Oversee email marketing campaigns, including automated customer journeys, and implement a test-and-learn approach to improve engagement.
Advertising & Creative
β’ Work alongside the Head of Marketing to sign off media schedules and manage offline advertising campaigns.
β’ Write clear and concise creative briefs, ensuring all materials align with the brand style guide.
β’ Manage brochure stock and printing, ensuring timely production and delivery.
Agency & Stakeholder Management
β’ Manage relationships with marketing agencies, ensuring smooth workflow and execution.
β’ Lead the quarterly product launch process, including website updates and sample creation for customers, designers, and stores.
Reporting & Analysis
β’ Track and report on key performance indicators, including weekly appointment and sales targets, brand impressions, and on-site conversion rates.
β’ Provide insights and recommendations to optimise campaign performance.
