Role overview:
As a Director Relations Representative at Hammonds, you will be at the forefront of ensuring exceptional customer service and representing our leadership team. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with our valued customers while handling escalated complaints addressed to directors. You will play a crucial role in providing customer-centric solutions to complex problems and disputes, maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset throughout.
