You will play a pivotal role in helping people live better. At Hammonds, we’re passionate about enhancing our customers’ lives through thoughtful, beautifully crafted fitted furniture. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll build and strengthen partnerships with our New Homes customers, nurturing relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving growth across all sectors.
Acting as a true brand ambassador, you’ll bring The Hammonds Way to life, being real, creative, and committed in everything you do, while ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The role:

Maintain and grow existing customer accounts, driving revenue and margin improvement.

Identify, target, and convert new customers within the new homes market.

Take full ownership of the assigned region, meeting personal and company objectives.

Maintain accurate CRM records, administration, and high-quality reporting.

Meet and exceed order intake, delivered sales, and profitability targets.

Deliver a strategic business plan aligned with divisional goals.

Drive consistent customer acquisition, retention, and account expansion.

Provide accurate, timely reports and forecasts.

Ensure high standards of CRM data quality and customer satisfaction.
