Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Reputation and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team on maternity cover. This is a fantastic opportunity to support the Head of Marketing in delivering strategic marketing initiatives across various platforms. You’ll be involved in a broad range of activities, from campaign management to website updates and email marketing, all while ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive market.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. You’ll be based in our LE10 office 4 days a week, collaborating with team members and other departments to bring campaigns to life. There is also the potential for this role to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Support the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline platforms.

· Brief creative, digital, and media agencies on promotional activities

· Create and manage campaign materials, including e-brochures and promotional content.

· Coordinate website updates to align with marketing plans and product launches.

· Work closely with our email marketing agency to implement targeted eCRM strategies.

· Support sales through lead-driven email campaigns.

· Assist in quarterly product launches including website content and sample management.

· Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign delivery.

· Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and reports.

· Respond to ad-hoc marketing requests from internal and external stakeholders.

· You consistently meet KPIs including brand impressions, email sales, and website conversions.

· You are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performing, creative team.
