Introducing two new colours: Alabaster and Indigo

Colour schemes are the essential foundations for your interior decorating decisions: dark and rich palettes create a moody atmosphere, whereas an icy blue in the same space would create a cool airiness that’s reminiscent of seaside strolls. Which is why we’re pleased to share that we’re welcoming two new finishes to our colour family: Alabaster and Indigo. Both shades are now available for Avon, Hatton, Libretto, Linje, Radley, Rialto Curved, Rialto Square, Seton and Willesley.

Our first new addition is Alabaster, a soft white vinyl which appears almost carved from its namesake stone with its ethereal tones. Delicate enough to avoid overpowering your space, Alabaster creates a subtle cosiness and provides the perfect backdrop for natural light to dance on its surface. An otherworldly and quietly confident colour choice, Alabaster works particularly well in wabi sabi design. The two share a key philosophy: finding the beauty in organic materials and a ‘less is more’ ethos. To bring an element of wabi sabi into your home, accompany Alabaster with wrinkled linen throws, mindfully selected and sentimental accent pieces (don’t throw out that inherited vase just yet), and chalky clay pots for a personality-infused space.

Alabaster pairs beautifully with taupes, cream and earthy tones, for a colour palette which connects back to the world beneath our feet. We recommend Alabaster if you’re looking for the perfect warm white, as the gentle shade of Alabaster infuses any room with a diffused and gentle glow.

Indigo is our second new addition. A dramatic colour overflowing with charisma and charm, Indigo was inspired by the deep and untamed ocean, and floods even the most mundane of spaces with atmosphere and personality. Blues are 2024’s favourite interior colour for their versatility and ability to adapt to your design style, and can be found just at home in classic interiors as they are in traditional spaces.

And nothing showcases the versatility of blue like its ability to transform a room in different applications. From colour drenching your room, experimenting with a layered tonal scheme (pair your darker Indigo with saturated dopamine-inducing colours such as periwinkle or turquoise to achieve a professional finish!), or adding a statement feature, blue truly is the standout shade of 2024.
