Impressive second experience

This is our second experience with Hammonds and we are very impressed. I changed fitting date with no issue, I requested the same fitter as the first time. Team were all so helpful and accommodating. Delighted with the result and we owe it all to our designer, Jas, our surveyor (sorry can’t recall the name) for the updates to the design and more importantly to Ion, our fitter. He goes above and beyond and nothing is a problem. He’s helpful, efficient and so clean and tidy. This team makes it a pleasure to take on these projects. Huge thank to all of them. Ready to do project 3 later in the year.

From planning to fitting everything couldn't have gone any better. We now have 1 extremely happy daughter who has a new bedroom in time for her birthday - thank you for making this happen! Neil, who fitted it was absolutely lovely and has done a tremendous job. He respected our property, made minimal mess and was an all round top bloke.

I am delighted with the furniture and…

I am delighted with the furniture and the fitter was excellent and very helpful. Only problem was all the packaging which had to be left in a hallway where it was a fire risk and the management complained and it was not removed for four days and had to be removed to the patio. Not a satisfactory arrangement.

Quality and service beyond my expectations

To be ho eat I was so prepared to be disappointed, Gary my designer was so helpful after his first visit and after I’d signed up - I had several tweaks made before the surveyor visit but nothing was too much trouble, my visit to the Cheltenham store to help me finalise some of my decisions was so worthwhile and then when Darren came to fit my wardrobes he kept me informed exactly when he was arriving each day, worked so hard and cleared everything up at the end of his visit. I had a follow up call with Customer Service almost as soon as the installation was completed who quickly arranged for Darren to come back and sort a couple of minor adjustments. I am so happy with the final result, the quality is beyond what I expected
