Good all round experience
Friendly sales lady not pushy, but helpful and knowledgeable, great price in the sale. Efficient communication all the way through the process. Thorough surveyor friendly too. Excellent fitter Darren friendly, efficient great communication, tidy and great job. Overall very pleased the wardrobes look great.

The skill
The skill, patience, kindness and professionalism of Mark out fitter. He worked very long days on top of a long travel journey each way, but remained polite, helpful, and reliable. He was a pleasure to have working in our home and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the build as it evolved. I could not praise him highly enough. Thank you Mark.

Brilliant Service from start to finish
I have had wardrobes fitted over the last couple of days by Hammonds and I couldn't be happier with the service I've received. Everyone person I have dealt with has been friendly, helpful and professional. Robert who initially came to offer a quote and start the design process was thorough and took the time to fully explain my options and help find the right storage solutions for me. My surveyor Kevin visited within the week and very efficiently finalised the plans. They had instalation dates available quickly and Steve who fitted my wardrobes did an incredible job, a lovely guy who even cleaned up afterwards (which doesn't happen often these days from my experience) The end result is my dream wardrobes. They are absolutely stunning. Would absolutely reccomend Hammonds to others, I'm so glad I chose them.

Very satisfied overall
Easy ordering, good choice. Reasonable price. Fitters very thorough and respectful. Clear pride in the finished product. Cleaned up well. Seems to be miscommunication between HQ and fitters eg fitting date delayed by a day due to previous job overrunning. Nobody told me so I was waiting eagerly on the planned day. Some pieces missing from my understairs fitting, so guy had to come back again. Overall I'm very happy with the finished jobs and the quality of the furniture and installation.

Very happy with Hammonds. Can’t recommend our fitter, Sam, more highly. He managed to fit two walls of wardrobes in just two days - no fuss, no mess, I barely knew he was here, and the quality of his work was outstanding.
