The process was great from start to finish: from the non-pushy design consultation, through ongoing communication about fitting dates to the fitting itself, which was done on time and to a high standard. We love the final product.

Great work
I am giving 5 stars for the final product and the fantastic guy Darius (S London) who constructed a wardrobe and shelving for me. He was so hard working. Did not stop from 7am to 6pm both days and was very respectful and didn't leave any mess at all. He really deserves a mention. However I did find the process before this a bit intrusive. Initial salesman who then requires sitting in your home for 4 hours to do the design. Then a surveyor to re measure and do the same again - again expecting to be in your home for hours on end. I did not have time for this nor did i feel comfortable with this. However the surveyor did send through the designs after a few days and we were able to get it all signed off then.

Excellent product and service
From start to finish it has been very smooth and professional. We are extremely pleased with our wall to wall wardrobes and inserts. Now after sorting through our clothes, we've now got to fill them!!!

Excellent from start to finish, everything explained clearly and listened to what we wanted and helpful suggestions offered. Fitters were really good and did a great job on the study. And very tidy work and kept everything clean throughout.

Preston is a good branch.
I phoned the Preston branch, to request information. The lady I spoke to was Cathy. I found her to be friendly,having listened to my queries Cathy sought out the information I requested. Unfortunately the Preston brach did not stock the set I required. Cathy having researched the updated sheets she had received from headoffice was able to inform me which store in the northwest displayed Hatton.

Fantastic, quality product & service - just took a little longer than hoped!
We asked both Hammonds and Sharps to quote on installing a fitted wardrobe and an under-stairs storage cupboard. We chose Hammonds because of the great customer experience, the high quality of the product and the very reasonable price. The work was completed to a very high standard, the fitters themselves were excellent and we are really pleased with the end results. Florin, who fitted the wardrobe was very good. We would have given a 5* review however we were expecting a 6 - 8 week lead in time from the point of order (2nd January 2025) which actually proved to take 11 weeks through to completion. In addition, Hammonds kept moving the fitting dates which proved difficult to accommodate when working.

Start to finish Hammonds have done exactly what they promised from the initial enquiry through to fitting. We are delighted with the finished product. Daniel who fitted the bedroom furniture was lovely and extremely professional. We would definately request Daniel if we purchase from Hammonds in the future.

We have just had a bedroom
We have just had a bedroom, under stairs and media wall done and very happy with service from start to finish. Would definitely use them again. One slight problem with fitting dates but was sorted out very quickly with the very helpful fitters
