From ordering to fitting the communication was excellent. The fitter David was first class and gave me explanations and guidance when fitting He left everything clean and tidy between days of fitting conscious of my reduced mobility The furniture was first class quality enhanced by excellent fitting by David. Very pleased with office room. This is my third Hammonds experience and would recommend and use again

Hammond’s quote was comprehensive and affordable. They kept their appointments and were flexible when I rethought the design. The construction was expertly done and I was consulted at each crucial part of the building work.

Very pleased with my new cupboards
From the initial call, to the final installation of the under stairs cupboards, the process was easy. I was kept fully up to date about dates/times of the visits of various Hammonds employees, who were all helpful and courteous. Very pleased with the final result, and the cupboards have made far better use of the space under the stairs.

Jason (Fitter) was fantastic. Proper grafter and clearly someone who loves his work and takes immense pride in his installs. The staff in the Gatehead shop are all super friendly and helpful. Overall the whole experience with Hammonds has been 5* and would highly recommend them.

From my initial consultation, the surveyor and Darren who installed our units the service from these individuals face to face were exceptional and would recommend all three gentlemen and are an asset to Hammonds. However I would not say the same for the staff contacting me via the phone. Manners and general organisational skills whilst on the phone may need to be reviewed.
